We’ll focus on understanding feelings, staying grounded, riding out ineffective urges, communicating more effectively, and setting boundaries. This group is designed to help you feel more steady, more connected, and more in charge of your emotional world.

The Space Between: Building healthy relationships & intimacy

10-week group: $100/session

Learn how to communicate without pushing others away, ask for what you need without guilt, and navigate hard conversations with more ease. This group will help you build positivity resonance—those small, powerful moments of warmth that deepen intimacy and trust. You’ll practice staying grounded in difficult interactions, softening defenses (yours and theirs), and creating space for real connection. Whether you're feeling stuck in conflict, longing for more closeness, or wanting to rekindle emotional and physical intimacy, this group offers research-backed tools and a supportive space to grow.
